Trampoline jumping: No, but please contact us and we can reschedule your session to a later time.
Parties: If you cancel more than 7 days before the party, you will receive a full refund.

We recommend arriving 15–20 minutes before your booked time. Especially on weekends, the park can be busy, and it may take time to check in and get ready.

Yes, you must wear JumpSocks (trampoline grip socks) when jumping. They protect both you and the equipment. They do not need to be purchased from our park, although we recommend ours. We also exchange trampoline socks from other parks for our own free of charge. You take your JumpSocks home and can use them again on your next visit.
We recommend comfortable sportswear. You’ll quickly get warm while jumping!
You may not wear regular socks or other types of grip socks when jumping at JumpYard. Belts or clothing with hard/sharp details are not allowed, as they may injure both jumpers and the equipment. Loose items in hands or pockets are also not allowed, as they can easily be lost and cause injury or damage.

If your child is over 110 cm, you can simply accompany them into the trampoline park as a spectator. You’ll have a good overview from the sidelines, and it doesn’t cost anything. If your child is over 3 years but under 110 cm, we recommend that you jump together with your child.

Yes, the maximum weight for using the trampolines is 120 kg.

Safety is our top priority and the most important factor when we chose our equipment supplier. Our Dutch supplier has delivered hundreds of trampoline parks, and the design of JumpYard fully complies with the American ASTM standard as well as the British PAS5000 guidelines.
This means that the design of our park and our staff’s workplace is made to minimize the risk of injuries. In accordance with these standards, we do not use Olympic/performance trampolines at the BigAirBag. JumpYard also follows the development of new European standards for how trampoline parks should be designed and operated.
