JumpYard TERMS AND CONDITIONS
For trampoline jumping (JumpTime, JumpFamily, JumpJunior, etc.), we do not offer cancellations/refunds, but if you are unable to attend, please contact us and we will rebook you for a later date.
For parties (JumpParty), the rule is that if you cancel more than 7 days before the party, you will receive a refund.
When you purchase or book with us, you provide your name, contact details, and other information as shown on the website. To book certain of our services, you must register an account and choose a password. It is your responsibility to ensure that your account information is kept confidential and that your customer information is correct. In connection with your registration and booking, we approve your storage and use of your information in our company in order to fulfill the agreement with you. Under the law on personal information, you have the right to see the information we have registered about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete, or irrelevant, you can request that the information be corrected or removed.
